Tatiana and I took some friends away to Kawau and Tiritiri Matangi Islands for three days. We anchored in Mansion House Bay, went ashore and explored the Mansion House gardens and walked the track to the old Copper Mine. On Thursday we had a great sail from Kawau to Tiritiri. There we went ashore to see the birdlife. It was a great three days.

There has been a lot of bad weather bringing a northerly wind into Tindalls Bay, so I have moved across to a sheltered bay on Kawau Island for a few days.

Tatiana came to spend the day on the boat. We stayed in Tindalls Bay. Just swam and talked and had a very nice day.

I took a lady (Tatiana) I recently met out fishing for the day. Unfortunately we only caught small snapper and had to through them back.

Ive been house sitting my brothers house for a week. The birds saw I wasn’t on Imagine and decided to make it their home. Now Im back it has taken me over two hours to clean the bird shit off the deck and solar panels.

A beautiful day and Greg, Dannie and Elo came to visit. Elo spent most of the time jumping off the side of the boat and swimming to the back to climb back onboard. Greg tried to swing from the Halyard and drop into the water.

Imagine is being advertised for sale on a few website, with only a few questions being asked. Nothing positive.

I have to stay around Auckland incase someone wants to have a look at the boat. This doesn’t stop me taking friends out sailing for a few days at a time. Sheryl has come out with me for a few days. We headed off to Otarawao Bay, where we spent last night. Now we are at Mansion House Bay Kawau. We have gone ashore to go explore the old Copper Mine.

To make it easier to sell Imagine, I took her into Gulf Harbour Mariner and replaced the Standing Rigging. Insurance companies want the rigging on Yachts to be no older than 10 years.
