As usual the wind was taking us in the wrong direction most of the time.<br \/>\nToday was dotted with squalls. Each one took us off course and we then had to fight our  way back on course with the help of the motor. The swell has been kind, only 1.5m.<br \/>\nWe are getting use to 2 hours on the helm and 4 hours to eat and sleep.
